Solomnishvili, Black Stone Land Saperavi-limited Saperavi from Georgian wine Maestro. The wine is exceptional and one of a kind. Between the microzones of Kvareli and Kindzmarauli is a unique terroir, which the locals called “Land of black stones” (hence the name). The soil there is really black and radically different from the rest of the area, at a depth of 1 meter there are fossilized arthropods and shells, which makes the wine special and unique. Dark ruby color with a touch of black marble, the delicate structure of the wine merges with a deep aroma of ripe berries, balsamic notes of nutmeg and thyme.
