RaRe, Khikhvi.  Lovers of port in Georgia  always chosed Khikhvi, as one of the aromatic grape variety from Kakheti. In Qvevri Khikhvi describes itself as soft, aromatic and long finish gastronomic wine. Nicely balanced aromas of dried tropical fruits: banana, melon, lychee, which in palate changes and gives us effect of dried leaves and cedar taste. Soft tannins and medium acidity gives us opportunity to pair such delicious wine with: hot and spicy Asian food, beef soup, blue and green cheeses.
