Matrobela Wines, Mukuzani. First Georgian classic red wine with regulations of PDO from  1888 year. Ruby color wine from Saperavi grape variety which must be matured in oak barrels minimum 6 months. Wine has varietal and oaky aromas together such as: blackberry, black pepper, smoke, vanilla. Palate is rich and complex with acidity and tannins. Palate flavors are: vanilla, charred wood, blackberry, plum. Rich and smooth long finish will make you lover of this wine. Pairs best with: veal ribs, pork medallions, spicy vegetable rolls
