Ambra, Mzia. Light ruby color wine in which’s first aromas feels – strawberry, red bell pepper, blackcurrant, rose water, plum and continues with – wet earth and spicy notes. Balanced medium acidity and round tannins creates great complex with medium body. In palate aromas are transformed and feels – berry jams, wet wood skin, sweet tobacco, black pepper. Finish is long and velvet. Wine can be aged in the bottle next 7-8 years. Gastronomy: black angus steak, jamon, asian soups with meat, pork ribs, cheeses brie and camembert
